This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds for services purchased on www.workaforce.com (“Site”).

1. Free Services

Some of our AI tools and templates are offered free of charge. No payment is required and no refund applies to these services.

2. Paid Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

  • All subscription plans, credits, or one-time purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection laws.
  • If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will downgrade to the free plan.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Workaforce account settings or by emailing support.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds), we may suspend your access until payment is successfully processed.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as accidental double charges or proven billing errors.
