- Not be suspended or removed from WorkAforce.

5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a client and a talent, WorkAforce will provide a platform for resolution but is not responsible for the final outcome. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
9. Termination
WorkAforce reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, software, databases, icons, and graphics, are the property of WorkAforce.
11. Limitation of Liability
