Use of AI Outputs

These Terms of Use for AI Outputs (“Terms”) explain how you (“User,” “you”) may use the AI-generated content (“Outputs”) created by the tools and services provided by MetaSense Enterprise Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) through www.workaforce.com (“Site”). By using our AI services and accessing any Outputs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of AI Outputs

Our Services generate text, templates, or other content using artificial intelligence based on your prompts, inputs, and selections (“Inputs”). While we aim to produce useful and accurate results, AI Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

2. Ownership of AI Outputs

• Your Rights: Subject to these Terms and any applicable laws, you own the rights to use the AI Outputs you generate for personal or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and any third-party rights.
• Company Rights: We retain all rights in the underlying AI models, technology, templates, and platform used to generate the Outputs.
• License to MetaSense Enterprise Solutions: By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Inputs and Outputs for the sole purpose of improving our AI systems and services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any Outputs before use.
• Ensuring that your use of the Outputs does not violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or defamation laws.

Avoiding the use of Outputs for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to:

a) Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

b) Misinformation or fraud

c) Promotion of violence or illegal activities

4. No Warranties

The AI Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Outputs
• Suitability of Outputs for a particular purpose (e.g., marketing, legal, medical, or financial advice)

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may include factual inaccuracies, biases, or unintended errors, and you use such content at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaSense Enterprise Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the AI Outputs
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Outputs
• Legal claims resulting from your use of the Outputs

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI Outputs to:

• Violate any Nigerian or international laws
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Create false or misleading business claims
• Spread harmful or deceptive content

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Third-Party Rights & Content

Some AI Outputs may incorporate data, patterns, or information from publicly available sources.
We do not guarantee that Outputs are free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions.

8. Modifications to Service

We may update or modify the AI tools, templates, or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Outputs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
